I want to thank Constance Cumbey, Warren Smith, Johanna Michaelsen, and those who have been telling us for years that we are to be prepared. Let us not be so naive or arrogant to play the flute of church growth models and communal cells synergistically networking to work toward global greatness through the untapped potential of the purpose power God has divinely sparked in every human being. Child's play friends. Pastor's guard you flock, care for them, protect them, strengthen them, love them with your life, and teach them to be aware of the times and the seasons. I Have posted the video in this blog for a reason. It was posted out on Slice of Laodicea. It is a commercial that is possibly being aired on network television and/or cable televisions stations. This exact same message was publicized back in 1982 in many prominent newspaper globally. Guess what? It is back. The prince of the power of the air is no fool and does not fool with God or with us God's children. Instead He destroys them! Read these verses written by one who knows all to well how close the devil gets to us and deceives us. To think that Paul actually murdered people and destroyed their lives completely self-decieved and self-deluded justifying his action in the light of his own self-righteousness. Let us not be the fool or be fooled. Sin and Satan crouches at the door of our pride, arrogance, and lust for power, wealth, prestige, and pleasure.
Thes 5:1-13
But concerning the times and the seasons, brethren, you have no need that I should write to you.
For you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night.
For when they say, "Peace and safety!" then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape.
But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief.
You are all sons of light and sons of the day. We are not of the night nor of darkness.
Therefore let us not sleep, as others do, but let us watch and be sober.
For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk are drunk at night.
But let us who are of the day be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love, and as a helmet the hope of salvation.
For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ,
who died for us, that whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with Him.
Therefore comfort each other and edify one another, just as you also are doing.
And we urge you, brethren, to recognize those who labor among you, and are over you in the Lord and admonish you,
and to esteem them very highly in love for their work's sake. Be at peace among yourselves.
